John’s 25 years of experience in building, acquiring, and selling companies—as both buyer and seller—combined with his entrepreneurial drive ensures understanding and effective communication with business owners.

Paul is a mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience in large-scale project management, executive leadership, and entrepreneurship, with specialized training in risk management.

Robert is an M&A and corporate finance leader with 25+ years advising business owners through acquisitions, divestitures and capital raises. He has held CFO roles at national and TSX‑listed companies, leading major transactions including a $300M IPO, a $142M syndicated credit facility, and multiple portfolio acquisitions and divestitures. Robert is known for practical, relationship‑driven guidance that helps owners prepare for exit, enhance value, and execute successful transactions.
